On the menu:
African Pottage, is a yummy stew made traditionally with yams, vegetables and spice, also known as yam porridge or asaro.
Caribbean Festival, a delicious, fried sweet bread that is commonly eaten beside savoury dishes.
Zobo drink, a Nigerian drink made from hibiscus leaves, pineapples and spices. It's a refreshing, tart drink that is popular around the world.
This workshop is open to all students, faculty and community members. Don't hesitate to reserve a spot, there's plenty of room!
