HOLA will be teaching us how to prepare and cook authentic dishes from various regions of Latin America. On the menu for this evening is sopa de lentejas con tostones y ensalada de palmitos. Which translates to lentil stew with tostones and a heart of palms salad. Warm up from the inside out with this delicious food! You will leave knowing how to prepare these foods at home and recipes.
